Product Marketing Manager

 

Description:

Versaterm, a global public safety solutions company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape go-to-market strategies, drive product adoption, and influence revenue growth. This role is central to creating compelling product positioning, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives, and partnering strategically with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

The Product Marketing Manager will own end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycles, from ideation to performance analysis, leveraging account-based and traditional marketing approaches. They will also develop solution-specific content, enable sales teams, and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Positioning & Messaging:

  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks for target audiences.

  • Align marketing initiatives with business priorities and product roadmaps.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, Events, and Operations to drive marketing initiatives.

Campaign Ownership:

  • Lead integrated, multi-channel marketing programs, focusing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

  • Develop retention marketing programs to increase engagement, adoption, and lifetime value.

Content Strategy & Development:

  • Create high-impact sales enablement tools, thought leadership content, presentations, and persona-targeted materials.

Sales Enablement:

  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to provide playbooks, competitive intelligence, and customer stories.

Brand Stewardship:

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing assets, events, and communications.

Performance Analytics:

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Represent the product internally and externally through webinars, events, and customer engagements.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.

  • Proven track record in launching and scaling campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep understanding of demand generation, buyer journeys, and ABM strategies.

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and project management skills.

  • Strategic, data-driven thinker with a bias for action.

  • Collaborative team player with experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with CRM, CMS, and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot/MCAE, Marketo preferred).

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.

  • Security Clearance: Must obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Reliability security clearance.
