With over $217 million in funding and a mission to help developers build better software faster, Sentry’s tools empower teams to spend less time fixing bugs and more time innovating.
In this pivotal role, you will own end-to-end marketing strategies to drive product adoption at scale, particularly among engineering teams handling mission-critical, large-scale, and AI-powered software systems. You will translate complex technical concepts into compelling, benefits-focused messaging for developers, platform engineers, and engineering leaders. Your deep understanding of customer pain points in high-stakes environments will inform campaigns that boost adoption, retention, and expansion.
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless go-to-market alignment. From launch planning to ongoing adoption initiatives, you will be the customer’s advocate—shaping narratives, building impactful campaigns, and guiding product evolution through actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption among enterprise engineering teams.
Understand and champion customer needs, pain points, and priorities to inform messaging and campaigns.
Create concise, technically accurate, and benefits-driven messaging that resonates with both technical and leadership audiences.
Partner with Sales Engineers to produce educational tools and resources for growing teams.
Plan and coordinate product launches, followed by targeted campaigns to deepen adoption.
Monitor trends in AI, developer tooling, and large-scale software development to guide product and marketing priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, EMs, Biz Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize adoption metrics and customer impact.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with technical content focus.
Track record of success in launching and scaling products in complex, enterprise environments.
Strong ability to distill technical concepts into accessible, audience-specific messaging.
Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills and flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
A mix of analytical skills, creativity, and collaborative spirit—with a touch of humor and ambition.
