Product Manager

Description:

Join our team as a Product Manager and help shape the future of our product suite. You’ll work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and development teams to deliver innovative solutions powered by the latest AI capabilities.

We’re looking for someone who deeply understands user needs and creates intuitive, user-friendly experiences—even in complex business environments. You’ll leverage emerging technologies to unlock new value and drive growth in the heavy equipment industry, focusing on tools like CRM, quoting, rental management, work order management, and service delivery tracking.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product vision and roadmap based on customer insights and market research.
  • Prioritize feature requests and align them with business goals.
  • Develop and advocate for the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, onboarding, and support teams to launch new features and products.
  • Partner with UX to design user-centric solutions and gather feedback.
  • Serve as the product expert, providing clarity to engineering teams and representing the voice of the customer.
  • Break down epics into actionable user stories and coordinate across engineering teams.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience in B2B technology.
  • Proven ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI—both as a productivity tool and integrated into products.
  • Strong collaboration with engineering teams and comfort with technical discussions.
  • Background in sales tech, MarTech, rental/service management, heavy equipment, or construction is a plus.
  • Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • A mindset focused on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for challenging the status quo.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills—team-oriented.
  • A desire to make a tangible impact on products, customers, and the company.
  • Tech-savvy and entrepreneurial spirit—you stay informed on industry trends and dream big.
