As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and refining AI-powered solutions that empower legal teams to generate superior documents, negotiate effectively, and achieve justice faster. You will drive both product strategy and execution, working closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, machine learning researchers, and other stakeholders. Your work will significantly shape the value EvenUp’s platform delivers to its users.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct deep user research using qualitative and quantitative methods to understand internal and external user needs.

  • Develop innovative AI-driven products and features that are widely adopted by users.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, data science, and machine learning to deliver high-quality, high-velocity product releases.

  • Partner with product marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure seamless user experiences during launches and onboarding.

  • Continuously gather and integrate feedback to refine products and improve functionality.

  • Contribute to company strategy formulation, translate strategy into actionable plans, and execute efficiently through cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably in startups or SaaS environments.

  • Proven experience with complex workflow products such as document generation, decision-support systems, or advanced business tools.

  • Strong qualitative research capabilities to identify user pain points.

  • Excellent quantitative skills, including proficiency in SQL and a passion for data-driven storytelling.

  • Agile mindset with strong prioritization, experimentation, and iteration skills to achieve measurable business results.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

  • Bonus: Experience in AI/ML product development or familiarity with machine learning applications.
