Description:
Capital One Canada is looking for an experienced and visionary Manager, Product Management to join its Toronto-based team. This is a hybrid full-time role (3 days in-office) focused on driving product innovation, customer experience, and technology-led transformation within the financial services space.
As a Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver cutting-edge financial products that simplify customer interactions with money. You will play a crucial role in driving product vision and strategy by deeply understanding customer needs, leveraging data analytics, and collaborating closely with engineering and business teams.
Capital One’s Product Managers work across various customer touchpoints, from digital account management to fraud prevention, credit eligibility tools, and payment platforms—delivering seamless, relevant, and intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute a compelling, data-driven product vision and roadmap
Foster a customer-obsessed mindset within your team and across stakeholders
Use human-centered design to solve problems and create user-centric solutions
Partner with technology to define architecture, APIs, and innovative platforms
Define product success metrics, track performance, and drive continuous improvement
Solve complex challenges across multiple problem spaces and domains
Promote a culture of experimentation, iteration, and agile development
Mentor and support junior product professionals; contribute to a vibrant product culture
Advocate for product-led decision-making across business functions

Tech-savvy with experience in agile development, microservices, APIs, or open-source tools
Strategic thinker who can use data insights to shape direction and outcomes
Excellent communicator and influencer across technical and non-technical audiences
