The organization is now seeking a Senior Director of Product Management, AI & Automation to spearhead its vision of fully automated operations across the industry.
This strategic and hands-on leadership role focuses on driving the evolution of PagerDuty’s AI assistant, AI agent platform, and automation offerings, enabling faster application development and autonomous system reliability. The selected individual will lead product direction, execution, and innovation, directly reporting to the SVP of Product Management, while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams to shape the future of AI-driven digital operations.
Develop and implement a forward-looking product strategy and roadmap for AI and automation products, including AI assistants and workflow automation tools.
Drive innovation while balancing the enhancement of existing products to achieve optimal business performance.
Build and promote PagerDuty’s internal AI agent platform to enhance the development of intelligent, data-driven automation solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and Finance teams to align execution with strategic goals.
Expand PagerDuty’s ecosystem through integrations and partnerships across key platforms, embracing industry standards like MCP and A2A.
Set and achieve product engagement targets and transition towards usage-based pricing models.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of product managers, fostering excellence, innovation, and accountability.
Engage with customers, partners, and industry analysts to position PagerDuty as a thought leader in AI-driven operations.
Basic Requirements:
At least 12 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or automation sectors.
Deep understanding of workflow platforms, low-code/no-code authoring, and generative AI-powered solutions.
Proven record of bringing AI or automation products from conception to successful market adoption.
Strong leadership experience in managing and scaling high-performing product teams.
Technical proficiency with AI/ML-based platforms, data-driven product design, and automation workflows.
Self-starter who leverages AI tools to improve productivity and drive innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML, observability, or incident management products.
Expertise in building scalable product ecosystems through technical integration and partnerships.
MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
Monthly Salary: CAD 14833 – 22500
