Capital One Canada, a leading financial institution with over two decades of innovation in banking and credit, is hiring a Manager, Product Management – Payment Technologies to drive the future of money movement and customer payment experiences. As a key member of the product management team, you will have end-to-end responsibility for developing digital payment solutions that enable customers to move money effortlessly, securely, and confidently. The role involves strategic ownership of money movement solutions, leveraging the latest technologies, open banking opportunities, and payment rails to deliver best-in-class digital payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product strategy for digital payment solutions at Capital One Canada.

  • Partner with vendors and internal technology teams to implement seamless money movement solutions.

  • Identify and leverage new opportunities in the Canadian Payments industry, including Open Banking and Real-Time Rails.

  • Deliver innovative digital solutions that reassure customers about the safety of their money and proactively address their inquiries.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate money movement solutions across the entire customer lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience.

  • Strong track record in delivering customer-centric, data-driven product strategies with measurable business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience.

  • Experience in financial services, technology, or operations.

  • Expertise in the Canadian Payments industry.
