The company is seeking a Product Designer to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in the product's design process. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life through research, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, owning the product design lifecycle from concept to execution

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs, enhancing user engagement and usability

• Maintain and evolve design standards, ensuring consistency and scalability across products

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives

• Champion a user-first approach, advocating for best practices in UX/UI design and accessibility standards

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies for continuous improvement

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in product or UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design thinking, interaction design, and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles

• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Agile environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions
