Process Improvement Consultant

 

Description:

LGS, an IBM Company, is offering an exciting contractual opportunity for a Process Improvement Consultant to support a major client in optimizing national-level business and IT processes in both Quebec and outside provinces. The assignment will focus on enhancing the renewal process of commercial insurance policies and the business development quote process to significantly improve operational performance and customer experience.

The contract will begin on 30 June 2025 and run until 31 December 2025, with a 35-hour workweek in a hybrid setting requiring 2 days/week onsite in Lévis.

As part of the transformation initiative, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading workshops and designing target processes based on previously conducted process modeling

  • Coordinating and driving the implementation of target processes

  • Recommending innovative and efficient solutions

  • Ensuring stakeholder buy-in and managing the execution collaboratively with business and IT teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in process optimization, preferably certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory due to inter-provincial collaboration

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal collaboration skills

  • Proven experience in delivering business transformation projects
