Description:
We are looking for a professional who can work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support the adoption and use of the software platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, addressing technical challenges, and contributing to the overall success of projects. You will be working directly with a software that helps your end-customers with their chemical manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and help them achieve their goals as part of the customer success team
- Support the implementation of solutions that provide value to customer
- Communicate technical concepts in a way that different audiences can understand
- Contribute feedback that informs ongoing product improvement
- Occasionally travel to participate in meetings, workshops, or project support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiative
- Help develop processes and practices that improve how we work internally
- Improve the customers chemical manufacturing processes
Your background
- A background in a relevant technical or engineering field such as chemical engineering
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, you feel at ease talking and presenting to customers
- Experience working with data, processes, or systems in a technical environments
- The ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work across different teams.
- Familiarity with modern tools and technologies; programming knowledge is a plus
- Strong understanding of P&ID, Manufacturing product metrics, field data and quality and reliability
- 5 years of experience in engineering and a subject matter expert in speciality chemicals
- Programming experience in Python is a bonus
- Experience using OSISoft, DeltaV or similar systems is a plus
