RRJ Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled and dedicated Private Client Services (PCS) Account Manager to join its growing team in Toronto, ON. This full-time, hybrid position involves managing a diverse portfolio of high-value personal insurance clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-net-worth personal lines (homes, automobiles) and demonstrate a high level of professional service, insurance expertise, and relationship management.
As a PCS Account Manager, you will work closely with producers and insurance partners to provide tailored insurance solutions, manage renewals and endorsements, and ensure a superior client experience with a consultative, service-first approach.
Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth personal insurance clients, including homes, automobiles, and related lines.
Oversee policy renewals, endorsements, and assess risk exposures.
Deliver exceptional service and insurance counsel to clients, building long-term relationships.
Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and insurance carriers to coordinate and implement customized solutions.
Maintain accurate client records using Agency Management Systems (TAM/EPIC).
Provide professional client presentations, conduct account rounding, and identify upsell opportunities.
Maintain a strong understanding of insurer guidelines and product offerings from companies like Chubb, Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige (GCNA), and Northbridge Onyx.
RIBO License (active and in good standing) – mandatory.
5+ years of experience in personal lines, preferably with high-value clients.
Strong knowledge of insurer platforms and products.
Experience with TAM or EPIC systems (preferred).
Additional designations such as CAIB, CIP, or equivalent will be considered assets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong sales acumen with ability to round out client accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
High attention to detail and customer service orientation.
