Privacy And Security Officer

The VP Digital Technology, Information, Privacy & Security
Officer reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is a
valuable member of TransForm’s senior leadership team
(SLT). The VP is responsible for vision of a regional digital
health eco-system created by and with the partners of
TransForm. The VP will build a team and establish
partnerships to achieve that vision and improve the health
outcomes for people seeking health services. The VP will act
formally or informally in the executive role for digital
transformation in the organizations served. The VP team have
oversite for Clinical and Corporate Solutions, Infrastructure and
Customer Services, Innovation & Advanced Analytics,

In partnership with the CEO, the VP will lead the overall digital
health system transformation through influence within the
broader health care sector, Ministry of Health and Long-Term
Care, Ontario Health vendor collaboratives and other partners.
The VP will continue to develop strong working relationships and negotiate contracts with key
external stakeholders including: Ontario Health, Digital Health Canada, Canada Health Infoway,
information system and service providers, and other relevant stakeholders.

The VP is accountable for providing strategic direction for the regional enterprise architecture,
enterprise data, information management, information technology privacy, security and compliance;
supports the development and implementation of sound information systems (IS) policies and
governance. The VP will work with key government organizations to ensure alignment of digital
strategy and architecture with current and future direction. The VP will support the TransForms’s
overall mission and business goals.

The VP will provide overall leadership associated with all digital clinical, corporate and technical
systems in the design or re-engineering of digital health eco-system. Responsible for the design and
implementation of operational service plans to ensure sustainable use of the digital eco-system and
ongoing adoption of new processes/innovations.
