Principal Product Manager

Description:

Wiser Solutions, Inc., a global leader in pricing intelligence and commerce execution solutions, is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead the development and success of its flagship product, Price Intelligence. This product empowers leading retail brands with competitive benchmarking, data-driven insights, and pricing optimization tools.

The Principal Product Manager will define the product vision and roadmap, engage directly with enterprise retail clients, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative pricing solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in pricing intelligence, experience with AI/ML-driven insights, and a proven record of delivering high-impact B2B SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Price Intelligence.

• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to drive product innovation and stay ahead of market trends.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable pricing solutions.

• Drive product discovery, adoption, and feature enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis.

• Manage product metrics, measure performance, and ensure continuous improvement of the product offering.

• Engage and lead cross-functional stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, preferably in retail technology, pricing intelligence, or e-commerce analytics.

• Strong domain expertise in pricing intelligence, competitive benchmarking, or retail pricing strategies.

• Experience working with data-heavy products, AI/ML-driven insights, and automation tools.

• Proven ability to deliver in an agile environment with strong stakeholder and customer management skills.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: CAD 130000 – 150000 annually (approx. CAD 10833 – 12500 per month).
