Capital One Canada is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Principal Associate, Product Management – Marketing Technologies to join its innovative product management team based in Toronto, ON. This role focuses on leading the development and optimization of Capital One’s marketing technology capabilities to deliver best-in-class digital customer experiences and efficient, data-driven marketing strategies.
You’ll join a high-performing team dedicated to reimagining how people interact with financial services. With Capital One’s cloud-native environment, open-source tools, and cutting-edge architecture, you'll help build impactful solutions that transform both internal marketing workflows and external customer experiences.
Human-Centered Design & Strategy
Lead customer and marketing team discovery sessions to develop a user-first product vision
Drive marketing tech improvements that streamline operations and enhance marketing outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on problem statements and solution paths
Business-Focused Execution
Own the roadmap and prioritize marketing technology initiatives to maximize ROI
Define and track KPIs, refine strategy based on performance metrics and data
Manage alignment across multi-million dollar marketing budgets
Technology-Driven Decision-Making
Understand the integration of marketing tools with Capital One systems
Collaborate with tech and architecture leads on trade-offs and optimal tool usage
Drive adoption and expansion of ad tech tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics pipelines
Transformational Leadership
Influence senior stakeholders with compelling product strategies
Lead multi-disciplinary teams (product, tech, data, and marketing) toward shared goals
Shape the long-term vision of Capital One’s marketing tech ecosystem
