Description:

Deel, a global all-in-one payroll and HR platform, is seeking a Principal Demand Generation Manager to lead full-funnel campaign strategy and pipeline performance across priority product lines. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for driving pipeline growth, collaborating with Product Marketing, and guiding cross-functional execution across Paid, Lifecycle, Content, Creative, and Sales channels.

As a key player in Deel’s growth engine, the Principal Demand Generation Manager will set funnel targets, define campaign architecture, optimize performance, and deliver executive-level insights on ROI. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing SaaS company with a global impact on millions of workers and businesses.


Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Forecasting:

  • Define quarterly campaign strategies across product lines and buyer segments.

  • Translate solution, product, and segment briefs into multi-channel campaigns with clear SRL, SQO, and pipeline targets.

  • Build forecasts for campaign performance, ROI, and conversion benchmarks.

  • Align follow-up plays with Sales leadership and SDR/AE enablement strategies.

Execution & Optimization:

  • Collaborate with channel owners (Paid, Content, Brand, Field) to ensure campaign goals are met.

  • Monitor campaign performance and guide optimizations via Demand Creation and Acceleration Managers.

  • Lead experimentation initiatives (messaging, CTAs, sales plays) and implement learnings across campaigns.

  • Provide guidance for regional localization and consistent execution.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Own campaign funnel reporting (SRLs → SQOs → pipeline).

  • Track and optimize efficiency metrics (cost per SQO, pipeline ROI).

  • Build dashboards with Data/MOPs teams; provide weekly performance updates to Growth and Sales leadership.

  • Conduct post-campaign retrospectives, synthesize insights, and develop playbooks for repeatability.


Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in SaaS/tech.

  • Proven success building campaigns that deliver pipeline and revenue at scale.

  • Advanced skills in forecasting, analyzing, and optimizing funnel performance (MQL → SRL → SQO → pipeline $).

  • Strong collaboration skills with senior Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership.

  • Executive presence and ability to present insights at leadership level.

  • Autonomous, accountable, and data-driven as a senior individual contributor.

KPIs Owned:

  • SRLs generated by campaign

  • SQOs generated by campaign

  • Pipeline $ influenced

  • Cost per SQO

  • Pipeline ROI (pipeline $ vs spend)
