Pricing Associate Analyst

Description:

Canon Canada is seeking a Pricing Associate Analyst to join its team in Brampton, ON. Reporting to the Price Desk Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, recommending, and approving pricing requests for the sales teams while ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, with a strong emphasis on profit and loss analysis.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, analyzing, and approving pricing requests from Sales teams.

• Evaluating discounted service rates for customer opportunities.

• Ensuring compliance with promotion guidelines in all sales authorization requests.

• Collaborating with Marketing to apply promotions according to specified criteria.

• Conducting profit and loss analysis to support pricing decisions.

• Preparing and generating monthly Price Desk reports.

• Assisting Sales Representatives in completing RFPs.

Requirements:

• Completed post-secondary education.

• Minimum 1 year of experience analyzing and recommending pricing decisions based on P&L.

• Proficiency in Excel functions, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas.

• Strong analytical, time management, and process management skills.
