VetStrategy, one of Canada’s leading networks of veterinary practices, is looking for a Practice Manager to join its growing network of clinics in Calgary, Alberta. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and compassionate leader to oversee the daily operations of veterinary clinics, guide high-performing teams, and ensure that every pet and client receives exceptional care.

Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, motivate, and manage clinical and support staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work culture.
Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and facility maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, monitor key performance indicators, drive revenue growth, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Client Experience: Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a welcoming, compassionate, and consistent experience for every pet owner.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to veterinary regulations, professional standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
Strategic Implementation: Execute company initiatives to promote clinic growth, operational efficiency, and overall business excellence.
Marketing & Community Engagement: Oversee local marketing strategies and community outreach programs to build the clinic’s reputation and client base.
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in healthcare, veterinary services, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven financial acumen and proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and Dayforce.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred.
A strong passion for team development, client service, and animal care.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
