Description:
We are looking for a Power Platform Adoption & Enablement Manager to drive enterprise-wide adoption of Microsoft Power Platform. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with user enablement, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive adoption strategy and execution for Power Platform across business units
- Design and deliver training programs for citizen developers and business users
- Build enablement assets (guides, workshops, learning paths, knowledge base)
- Track and improve adoption metrics (usage, active users, solution growth)
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders across IT, business, and leadership teams
- Build and manage a Power Platform community (CoP, champions, engagement)
- Identify adoption challenges and implement solutions to improve usage
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Copilot / AI Builder (basic exposure)
- Experience in digital adoption, enablement, or training roles
- Ability to create and deliver training programs and workshops
- Experience tracking adoption metrics and building dashboards
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in enterprise environments
Nice to Have
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300)
- Experience with training platforms / LMS
- Exposure to global teams or large-scale organizations
- Familiarity with Power Platform governance (DLP, environments, CoE)
