Portier /concierge

Description:

• Greet incoming residents and visitors
• Direct visitors to elevators and facilities, etc.
• Accept and log deliveries
• Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Able to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs (where applicable)
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• May be asked to assist residents with groceries and take packages to elevators
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual English/French Required
