Island Health is seeking dedicated and skilled Physiotherapists to join their Rehabilitation Team across multiple healthcare settings on Vancouver Island. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in acute care, long-term care, and community health environments.

• Develop individualized therapy plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal health outcomes.

• Monitor patient progress and maintain detailed clinical documentation.

• Educate patients and families about home exercise programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.

• Contribute to a positive work culture that promotes safety, equity, and cultural sensitivity.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from a recognized Physiotherapy program.

• Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC).

• A valid British Columbia driver’s license may be required for certain positions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
