Description:

The Business Development Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Labatt’s product portfolio to on-premise clients such as bars, restaurants, and nightlife venues. The role focuses on achieving sales volume, distribution, and market share targets while building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and elevating brand presence across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin targets

• Own annual territory planning, customer plans, promotional evaluations, and competitive intelligence

• Manage territory spend and budget

• Plan and execute consumer programming and uphold sales standards across on-premise accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and consumer groups

• Identify and leverage new business opportunities

• Ensure execution of national and customized programs

• Execute call cycles and complete administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years field sales or CPG sales experience (asset)

• Experience in the alcohol industry considered a major asset

• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and budgeting experience

• Strong organizational and prioritization ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Influencing and relationship-building abilities

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

• Valid driver’s license
