Centraide Laurentides is seeking a Philanthropic Development Advisor, a passionate, organized, and mobilizing individual to support the implementation of philanthropic strategies and manage workplace fundraising campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Philanthropic Development, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining partnerships with corporate donors, enhancing donor experience, and supporting community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaigns:
Coordinate and manage assigned fundraising projects, particularly workplace campaigns, including planning, documentation, support, analysis, and reporting.
Contribute to the development and implementation of solicitation strategies to increase donations.
Motivate and support workplace campaign directors, ensuring alignment with fundraising goals and cultivating strong relationships with donors and partners.
Maintain updated databases of potential, goals, projections, and results for each corporate partner.
Meet with potential donors and assist in building a portfolio of engaged partners.
Donor Experience & Outreach:
Contribute to donor journey strategies aimed at building loyalty and retention.
Actively participate in recognition, networking, and outreach activities.
Work with the communications team to ensure consistent messaging across philanthropic efforts.
Assist in developing solicitation tools and communication campaign materials.
Identify high-potential campaigns and, in collaboration with the Director, design strategic outreach approaches.
Analysis, Data & Monitoring:
Maintain and master donor databases (Prodon, Clicdon).
Work with the donation management team to ensure data integrity and suggest improvements.
Track key performance indicators, identify opportunities and risks, and suggest enhancements.
Prepare performance summaries and recommendations for leadership.
Support campaign cabinet meetings through logistics, documentation, and reporting.
Manage data in compliance with privacy policies and Law 25.
Follow the organization’s electronic document management structure.
Required Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Degree in a relevant field (philanthropy, communications, marketing, administration).
At least 3 years’ experience in fundraising, business development, or corporate relations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in French; good understanding of English.
Knowledge of the community or philanthropic sector (asset).
Familiarity with Prodon and Clicdon software (assets).

Employment Conditions:
Permanent full-time position (32.5 hours/week), with potential for a 4-day work week in summer.
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (55,000 – 70,000 CAD annually).
