We are seeking a Pharmacist for a 6-month mat leave or permanent opportunity in stunning Prince Edward Island! This is a seaside community-based pharmacy where everyone truly works as a team.

Key Job Duties

• Provide safe, accurate dispensing of prescriptions in accordance with provincial regulations
• Deliver patient centred care through medication reviews, common ailment prescribing, immunizations, and chronic disease support
• Build strong relationships with patients through counselling, education, and ongoing follow up
• Collaborate with pharmacy assistants, technicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support blood pressure monitoring, preventive care, and wellness initiatives in the community
• Participate in quality assurance, documentation, and professional standards as required
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team focused workplace culture
