About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer (plaintiff-side personal injury experience is an asset)
• Expertise in Tort law, Accident Benefits, and the Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proficiency with MS Office, document management, legal accounting, and docketing software
• The ability to work independently on client files and prioritize with minimal supervision
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage diplomatically with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
