Description:
Directive Consulting, a leading performance marketing agency for SaaS and technology companies, is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to create, manage, and optimize paid media strategies for enterprise-level clients. This role focuses on driving SQLs and customer acquisition through strategic paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Oversee and manage multiple paid media accounts, ensuring client goals are achieved.
Develop and execute custom paid media strategies, including budget optimization and performance tracking.
Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms with a focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting.
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and performance.
Build quarterly strategies and confirm accurate lead routing within CRM systems.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, BI tools) to drive data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with the Associate Director and internal teams to meet department-level OKRs.
Travel occasionally for client visits (approximately once per year per client).
3+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing agencies, specifically handling B2B SaaS or tech clients.
Deep expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Proficiency with advertising tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Strong understanding of PPC principles, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance reporting.
Strong storytelling and data-driven strategy articulation skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
