Thrive Digital, one of North America's leading digital marketing firms, is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee and optimize performance marketing programs. In this role, you will implement growth strategies, manage performance marketing campaigns, mentor team members, and contribute to product innovation. You will work with high-priority brands ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies, ensuring top-tier client success and marketing performance.
✔ Strategic Performance Marketing Leadership – Lead research, media planning, and execution across major brands
✔ Client Management – Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring campaign success and long-term business growth
✔ Team Mentorship & Leadership – Guide junior team members, provide training, and foster career growth
✔ Campaign Execution & Optimization – Oversee multi-channel marketing strategies, ensuring a high ROI for clients
✔ Analytical Reporting – Use tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau to analyze campaign performance
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with the senior team on company-wide performance marketing strategies
✔ Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new performance strategies into Thrive’s services

✔ Strong Analytical Skills – Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel
✔ Marketing Expertise – Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, Display, TikTok, Programmatic Platforms, Spotify, and Twitter
✔ Client & Stakeholder Management – Skilled in managing senior-level stakeholders, leading strategic discussions, and securing buy-in
✔ Performance Media Management – Experience with pacing, forecasting, and KPI-based performance tracking
✔ Team Leadership – Mentored and trained junior team members, contributing to their career growth
✔ Excellent Communication – Ability to explain incrementality, KPI selection, attribution models, and marketing measurement
