The Opportunity
As the People Operations Business Partner, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient operation of HR functions across the organization. Your primary focus will be maintaining the consistency and reliability of HR programs and systems, aligning them with organizational goals. Reporting to the VP, People Operations, you will provide process-focused and execution-focus leadership to the People Operations team. This includes oversight of HR policies, health and safety compliance, training initiatives, employee relations, and HR system implementation and management. Your steady, process-oriented approach will drive operational efficiency, improve team performance, and ensure that key HR deliverables are met with accuracy, quality, and compliance.
