Description:

Aon is seeking a motivated, diligent, and career-minded individual to join the Pension Administration team. The Pension Associate ensures the continuous efficient operation of clients’ Defined Benefit Pension plans, providing quality service delivery and supporting all administrative and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate benefit entitlements for retirement, termination, death, and marriage breakdown.

  • Conduct calculations on PAs, PSPAs, and PARs and prepare filing forms.

  • Prepare indexation and annual pension statements.

  • Perform year-end updates of plan records, including membership, contributions, and trust fund reconciliation.

  • Prepare government forms such as Annual Information Return, Form 7, and PBGF forms.

  • Assist in testing pension systems for new and existing clients.

  • Maintain standard operating procedures and members’ records.

  • Respond to member inquiries and facilitate requests.

  • Perform other duties as required.

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet proficiency.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in pension administration.
