Description:

The Specialist, Designated Beauty Advisor (DBA) develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to increase sales, service quality, and loyalty. The DBA is responsible for achieving sales targets for their assigned brand and acts as a product expert within the store team. This role also ensures compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary service consistently to all customers

• Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets

• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base by acquiring new customers and retaining existing clients

• Share product knowledge with the store selling team

• Maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling managers

• Drive brand sales through marketing opportunities, event execution, and assortment recommendations

• Attend all educational sessions including product, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks

• Communicate with clients through phone, mail, and electronic methods regarding events, requests, follow-ups, birthdays, etc.

• Resolve customer service issues and partner with management for issues outside guidelines

• Comply with all Health & Safety policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets

• Highly collaborative, team-oriented

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Entrepreneurial, competitive, confident, and self-motivated

• Fully bilingual in French and English
