Patient Recruitment Manager

 

Description:

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is looking for a Patient Recruitment Manager (RRP). This role involves managing, coordinating, and executing operational plans for patient recruitment and retention in small to medium-sized clinical studies.

The RRP will collaborate with sponsors and project teams to ensure the implementation and monitoring of recruitment strategies while providing recommendations to optimize study performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Recruitment & Retention Management:

  • Work with the strategic team to translate recruitment strategies into operational actions

  • Ensure the implementation of recruitment plans and optimize patient retention tracking

  • Monitor the impact of strategies and propose tactical adjustments

Coordination & Communication:

  • Serve as the primary operational contact with sponsors and clinical sites

  • Represent IQVIA in sponsor meetings and train site staff

  • Organize recruitment support workshops as needed

Project & Performance Management:

  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for each study

  • Develop and implement risk management plans

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Insights:

  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and technological innovations

  • Provide technical expertise and training to internal teams and external partners

  • Contribute to the optimization of departmental processes

Required Qualifications:

📌 Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related scientific field
📌 Project management experience (preferably in clinical trials/pharmaceutical/CRO settings)
📌 Experience in budget management and cost supervision
📌 Deep understanding of drug development processes and BPC/CIH regulations
📌 Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, data analysis software)
📌 Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
📌 Ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external teams

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
