Parts Manager

Description:

Alta Equipment Group, through its AULT division, a leading North American equipment supplier and exclusive distributor of renowned brands like McCloskey, Lippmann, MWS, Superior, McCloskey Environmental, and Ecoverse, is seeking a Parts Manager in Moncton, NB. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, inventory management, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and warehouse staff.

• Fulfill customer orders via phone, text, email, and other channels.

• Ensure prompt, professional customer service.

• Forecast parts inventory and monitor inventory levels.

• Manage pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory replenishment.

• Oversee warehouse operations and special orders.

• Troubleshoot machine issues and ensure timely resolutions.

• Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance.

• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized working environment.

• Monitor and adjust inventory SKUs as needed.

• Ensure effective communication across internal departments.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience with ERP systems and inventory management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proactive, autonomous, and detail-oriented.

• Strong multi-tasking abilities.

• Bilingual in English and French (an asset).

• Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset).

• Experience in the construction sector (an asset).
