AvePoint, a global leader in data security, governance, and resilience, is hiring a Partner Account Manager for its Toronto, ON office. This hybrid role is an exceptional opportunity for a driven professional to own, lead, and manage a regional partner ecosystem focused on key strategic partnerships—particularly within the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
With over 25,000 customers and presence across 100+ cloud marketplaces, AvePoint is revolutionizing the way organizations manage data across platforms like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in AvePoint’s growth strategy by strengthening strategic relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and System Integrators (SIs).
Build and expand strategic partner relationships to increase sourced pipeline and bookings
Develop and execute partner development plans, aligning with go-to-market strategy
Support existing partners with opportunity management, performance tracking, and value delivery
Lead co-selling efforts with AvePoint’s direct salesforce and partner teams
Establish yourself as the primary contact for all partner account management needs
Promote deep enablement of partners, ensuring technical alignment and value communication
Drive mutual business success through relationship-building with executive stakeholders
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client and partner success
At least 5 years of experience in partner/channel management in the enterprise software industry
Proven success in achieving business development and booking goals
Experience in executing complete partner enablement programs—both technical and business-oriented
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with sales and services teams to close complex deals
Strong business case development skills to drive investment from partners
Excellent relationship-building skills with both executives and partner teams
Empathetic listening skills and a partner-first mindset
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment
