Role Overview:
The Outdoor Adventure Travel Filmmaker will lead filming shoots (7-10 days long), working independently or as part of a small crew. Responsibilities include capturing all deliverables, collaborating with Hosts and Directors, planning and coordinating shoot logistics when needed, and managing content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel domestically and internationally to film outdoor adventure projects

• Film entire projects or portions independently or with a small team

• Assist in shoot logistics and planning

• Conduct photography during shoots

• Manage and organize content/data and deliver footage to Post-Production

• Prepare and submit expense reports and receipts

• Select and correct top photos from shoots

• Support the Director of Production as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent filming skills with strong leadership ability on set

• Comfortable working independently or in a team

• Strong communication and time management skills

• Enthusiastic, experienced traveler

• Familiarity with Sony FX6 and FX3 cameras and workflows

• Valid passport and G-class driver’s license required

• Carnet and personal gear are assets (base kit available near Toronto Pearson Airport)

Contract Details:

• Rate: $600–700 CAD per day

• Shoot length: 7-10 days per gig

• Location: Remote with travel requirements
