Deloitte, Canada’s largest professional services firm, is passively seeking applications for a Future Opportunity as an Oracle HCM Support Consultant in its Operate division. This full-time, permanent hybrid position will support clients across the country and contribute to large-scale Human Capital Management initiatives leveraging Oracle Cloud technology.

As part of Deloitte Operate, you’ll be involved in a dynamic team that goes beyond traditional outsourcing, focusing instead on embedding continuous improvement, innovation, and value delivery into clients' operations.

You will contribute to end-to-end support services ranging from data migration and integration to compliance assessments, ensuring optimal system performance and user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle HCM workstreams, offering tailored solutions to client-specific challenges.

  • Perform system configuration, conduct end-to-end testing, and validate accuracy of the proposed functionality.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, and finance departments.

  • Assist clients in converting legacy data and integrating third-party solutions with Oracle HCM.

  • Conduct user training and facilitate knowledge transfer for effective system adoption.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members and ensure quality in deliverables.

  • Analyze impacts from Oracle’s quarterly releases and Redwood updates, providing action plans.

  • Monitor system compliance, including reviews of cloud environments for security controls.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of Oracle HCM support experience, with hands-on consulting exposure.

    • Familiarity with multiple Oracle HCM modules and their integration with other systems.

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for working with technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Sound understanding of system integrations and data analytics.

    • Oracle certifications are highly preferred.

    • Detail-oriented problem solver with a client-first mindset.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: CAD 65000 – 97000 annually, with eligibility for a performance-based bonus.
