Optometric Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic new addition to our amazing team of staff and doctors, who provide ongoing eye care in North London since 2008. We have a busy optometry office located beside Lenscrafters in Masonville Place and are looking for an optometric assistant, to help us with direct patient care i.e. pre-testing for doctors (with state-of-the-art medical equipment), receptionist duties/front desk operation, maintaining clinic organization/cleanliness, and contact lens related tasks.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, caring, with excellent communication and phone skills (managing multi-line systems), and the ability to multi-task. Sales/retail and cash handling experience is an asset. Post-secondary education is required; however, we provide excellent training and also welcome candidates with customer service experience, who may be new in the medical environment.
