Description:
We are seeking a Fulfillment Engineering & Operator Supervisor to oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations at our Brantford, ON location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in fulfillment engineering, team leadership, and quality control within a technology manufacturing environment.
Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of fulfillment operators with performance management and daily guidance
Motivate the team to meet productivity and quality targets
Manage workflow to ensure timely and accurate task completion
Address any personnel concerns and promote a collaborative team environment
Fulfillment Process Management:
Oversee the entire fulfillment lifecycle – from order intake to final shipment
Maintain accuracy in order processing, inventory updates, and shipping protocols
Resolve workflow and operational issues to maintain process integrity
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and address shortages or surpluses proactively
Maintain accurate records in inventory and warehouse systems
Conduct and participate in inventory and cycle counts
Customer Service:
Address customer inquiries related to fulfillment and shipping
Ensure timely and precise order fulfillment for positive customer experiences
Training and Development:
Train new hires on customer requirements, company processes, and work instructions
Provide continuous learning and coaching to existing staff
Contribute to the development and improvement of training programs
Quality Control:
Enforce quality standards across fulfillment processes
Implement measures to minimize errors and ensure compliance with company policies
Safety:
Promote and enforce a safe working environment
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with CFS Engineers, operators, managers, and PMs
Communicate goals, expectations, and performance feedback clearly
Additional Duties:
Perform other responsibilities as directed by management
Minimum 5 years of experience in a fulfillment engineering role in a technology manufacturing setting
Demonstrated team leadership and personnel management skills
Proficiency with warehouse and inventory management systems
Familiarity with IT technologies: ServiceNow, InTune, AutoPilot, Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, mobile devices, and tablets
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
