Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate incorporation and client workflows
Research jurisdictional requirements and assist with documentation
Build scalable Notion systems and email funnels
Ideate and implement lightweight marketing initiatives
Manage inbound inquiries and maintain operational flow
Competencies and Skills:
Sharp communicator and organized problem solver
Experience in digital operations, remote work, or startups
Systems thinking with a focus on making processes smoother
Curiosity about global business, compliance, or fintech
Ability to work well asynchronously and independently
