We’re seeking a smart, self-driven collaborator to help scale our early operations, shape internal systems, and contribute to service delivery, content, and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incorporation and client workflows

  • Research jurisdictional requirements and assist with documentation

  • Build scalable Notion systems and email funnels

  • Ideate and implement lightweight marketing initiatives

  • Manage inbound inquiries and maintain operational flow

Competencies and Skills:

  • Sharp communicator and organized problem solver

  • Experience in digital operations, remote work, or startups

  • Systems thinking with a focus on making processes smoother

  • Curiosity about global business, compliance, or fintech
