Description:
You will provide sales & operational support and guidance to Local Co-ops who engage in gas bar, convenience store, and carwash business operations in the areas of operations/program management, facility development and people training/development.
- You will execute program guidelines in the areas of marketing, operations, financial performance, and products/services.
- You will provide sales and competitor information for new and upgraded gas bar/c-store/propane/car wash facilities. This consists of developing a long-term project plan, project identification, gathering and analyzing sales data to complete the proposal in collaboration with our finance teams.
- You will provide input on all renovation and new store development layouts for your assigned area. This will include coordinating and managing, merchandising and image within the convenience store.
- You will support Local Co-op Team Leaders and Managers to excel in their roles and become prepared for higher-level positions through training and development.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in sales & operations and:
- You have a diploma or bachelor's degree in business.
- You have 6+ years of relevant, progressively responsible experience in the retail industry. Convenience store management experience and marketing and operations knowledge is an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.)
- Experience in the Co-operative Retailing System is an asset.
