Onsite It Support Technician

are looking for an Onsite Support Technician to join their Project and Improvement

team and bring energy and expertise to their client base. As an Onsite Support

Technician, you will be proving multiple clients with seamless service delivery by

supporting, maintaining, and enhancing onsite information systems and

infrastructure for The ITeam clients.

 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Ensure Projects requirements are met and follow-up with customers and System/Network Engineers to ensure all their needs were met.
  • Respond to onsite Client project and support issues. Identify hardware /

software problems and offer solutions in a friendly manner.

  • Analyze situations, diagnose problems, develop, and implement solutions,

within sometimes narrow timelines

  • Participate in The ITeam meetings.
  • Interact with IT vendors, external suppliers, and other partners, as needed to

resolve issues.

 

Your resume will outline the following:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience supporting clients.
  • Post-secondary degree or technical diploma.
