One Stream Solution Architect

Description:

Spaulding Ridge, an advisory and IT implementation firm, is seeking a OneStream Solution Architect for its Toronto office. The role focuses on delivering financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform, which supports corporate performance management functions such as consolidated financial reporting, budgeting & planning, and account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle OneStream implementations: requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.

• Lead the full pre-sales cycle, including scoping, proposal drafting, statement of work, and client introductions.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client-side resources, communicating across various audiences.

• Apply creative problem-solving to technology challenges and adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology.

• Contribute to the growth of the OneStream practice, including revenue attainment, sales and marketing, partnerships, internal COE, helpdesk, training, recruiting, and staffing.

• Participate in Spaulding Ridge culture and initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.

• 7+ years’ experience implementing or optimizing OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (Hyperion HFM, Hyperion Planning, FCCS, etc.).

• Strong understanding of financial processes: financial close, consolidations, reporting, FP&A.

• Deep accounting knowledge: account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, top-side adjustments.

• Experience gathering business requirements and designing technical solutions.

• Previous experience leading full-cycle EPM/CPM implementations.

• Experience with VB.net and data integration between multiple systems/sources.
