One Stream Consultant

Description:

The OneStream Consultant at Spaulding Ridge is responsible for implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream platform, supporting corporate clients in areas such as financial reporting, budgeting, planning, and account reconciliation. The consultant will engage in full-cycle implementation, collaborate with client and internal teams, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver OneStream solutions through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, implementation, and support.

• Support pre-sales activities, including client demos and proof-of-concept projects.

• Collaborate effectively with internal and client-side teams across multiple functions.

• Apply technology creatively to solve business challenges.

• Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology, ensuring timely and high-quality project deliverables.

• Participate in internal initiatives including training, community service, and networking activities.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems.

• 3–5 years of experience with OneStream or other EPM/CPM applications (e.g., Hyperion HFM, Hyperion Planning).

• Strong knowledge of financial processes: financial close, consolidations, reporting, FP&A.

• Deep understanding of accounting processes: account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments.

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into solutions.

• Technical skills in VB.net and data integration between systems.
