Description:
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in technology application support and/or technology operations
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in supporting Customer IAM applications and systems (Auth0, Okta, Pingfed etc.)
• Good understanding of IAM concepts - authentication, MFA, SSO, etc.
• Strong experience in thorough log and root cause analysis, using a variety of tools like vendor / CIAM platforms, Splunk, etc.
• Experience with IT Service Management (incident, problem, change, configuration, asset, knowledge, and service level).
• Display a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills to effectively collaborate with a variety of stakeholders (L3 Engineering, L1 Business, etc.) and lead teams toward resolution.
• Experience in working with a variety of tools, technologies, and systems - ex: SSL certificates, Windows, Linux, Microsoft Excel, Splunk, Power BI, Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Additionally, all L2 requirements shall apply.
