The Davey Tree Expert Company is seeking a professional and highly organized Office Coordinator (Clerk) to join its Vancouver team. This on-site role is crucial for managing daily administrative functions and ensuring smooth communication between staff, clients, and the corporate office. You will serve as the key point of contact for office operations and provide support to local managers in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Serve as the front-line contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
Greet clients, visitors, and suppliers professionally and warmly
Input and maintain accurate customer data and contact information
Prepare, package, and send client documents and mailings
Maintain electronic and paper-based files, inventories, and mailing lists
Provide administrative support to District and Assistant District Managers
Handle supply ordering and inventory management
Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees on site
Support payroll processes including collecting and forwarding timesheets and vacation requests
Assist with accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate billing
1–2 years of relevant office administration experience
Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Experience in client-facing communication preferred
Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
Competitive hourly wage: $23–$25/hour (CAD 3973–4315/month)
