Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Office Coordinator to join their Office Services team. The Office Coordinator will work closely with the Office Services Leader and Management to provide best-in-class front-of-house services for the commercial real estate firm, ensuring employees adhere to company regulations and policies, assisting in client visits, handling presentations, and organizing office records.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Provide feedback to employees and answer questions to enhance productivity.

  • Vendor Management: Assist the Office Services Lead in negotiating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.

  • Industry-Specific Software: Use software and equipment specific to the commercial real estate industry.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain good relationships with both customers and team members.

  • Event Planning: Plan office parties, awards ceremonies, and other company-related functions.

  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure office adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Task Management: Create schedules and assign tasks to employees related to office activities.

  • Reporting: Make reports for executives or owners on office utilization and KPIs.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in office administration.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple requests from various employees simultaneously.

  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of services/products the business sells and the industry it operates in.

  • Customer Service: Ability to explain complex concepts and tasks to both customers and employees.

  • Social Media Promotion: Ability to promote the business using social media platforms.

  • Basic Accounting: Understanding of basic math, accounting, and budgeting.

  • Office Equipment: Familiarity with computers, copy machines, fax machines, and other office equipment.


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $51,000 to $60,000 per year.
