Description:

BERG Access and Mobility is looking for a Full time Office Assistant for a fast-paced Home Healthcare business in Kingston.

Duties will consist of Assisting clients, both on the phone and in person, organizing rentals, service calls, data entry of client information in to Quickbooks, etc.

Knowledge of QuickBooks online, Word and Excel are an asset and knowledge of home healthcare equipment is not essential but helpful.

Strong Organizational skills, the ability to multitask and good communication skills are an asset.
