Office Assistant

 

Description:

All Equip is a busy Truck and Trailer Service and Repair shop in Stratford and we have a shop in St. Marys's. Our Stratford shop is looking to hire an Office Assistant / Parts Inventory person.

This is a full-time position, YEAR ROUND. Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Successful applicants must be reliable and have an excellent work ethic.

Duties:

  • Answering phones / first contact for customers
  • Data entry - invoices, customer info, supplier info
  • Receiving/recording parts and supplies
  • A/P entries
  • A/R entries
  • Opening work orders / adding parts
  • checking work orders for missing parts, fixing grammar and spelling
  • Billing / invoicing
  • Filing
  • Light janitorial duties
  • Ability to lift 20lbs
  • Must be self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Spelling, Accuracy and Organization skills required
  • Other office duties as required
  • An inventory/parts management background would be an asset
  • Some knowledge of parts would be an asset - Not necessary
