Description:
Arlington Realty is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Office Administrator to fill an entry level position within our team. This position provides overall support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as first point of contact for inquiries from tenants and suppliers, etc.
- Provide clients with information or direct them to the appropriate individual.
- Accounting data entry including accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
- Maintain various accounting related spreadsheets.
- Various office admin duties such as copying, filing, letter and email correspondence, stationary and supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance, office cleanliness etc.
- Act as a liaison for utility and other accounts.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and courier packages.
- Additional duties as required from management.
- Reception/ Answering phones.
- Reliable transportation required for bank deposits.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Professional communication skills (English - verbal and written).
- Experience as an administrative assistant role is an asset but not required.
- Experience in accounting data entry is an asset but not required.
- Strong problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to work effectively as a member of a team.
