Office Administrator

 

Description:

Arlington Realty is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Office Administrator to fill an entry level position within our team. This position provides overall support to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact for inquiries from tenants and suppliers, etc.
  • Provide clients with information or direct them to the appropriate individual.
  • Accounting data entry including accounts receivable and/or accounts payable.
  • Maintain various accounting related spreadsheets.
  • Various office admin duties such as copying, filing, letter and email correspondence, stationary and supplies ordering, office equipment maintenance, office cleanliness etc.
  • Act as a liaison for utility and other accounts.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and courier packages.
  • Additional duties as required from management.
  • Reception/ Answering phones.
  • Reliable transportation required for bank deposits.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

- Professional communication skills (English - verbal and written).

  • Experience as an administrative assistant role is an asset but not required.
  • Experience in accounting data entry is an asset but not required.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational skills, attention to detail and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to work effectively as a member of a team.
