Experienced in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
Comfortable with internet applications

General office duties
Billing to customers’ accounts, invoicing, verify computer reports, provide customers with billing and account information, and assist with the credit process.
Conduct all clerical duties such as, handle correspondence, take minutes, prepare reports, maintain monthly reports, month end cut off for invoicing, etc.
Provide reception, answer inquiries and complaints from customers in a professional manner, verify tags, handle cash/credit payments etc.
Maintain office inventory/supplies and equipment and balance petty cash
Coordinate various administrative processes, e.g., verify activities involving payroll, Commissions and Health and Safety
Experience in a similar role is an asset
