Prudent Prosource is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary team serving clients across the Greater Toronto Area. With over 21 years of rehabilitation experience, the team offers a supportive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. The role involves primarily delivering community-based care to private clients recovering from Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), supported by remote work for administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy care to private MVA clients referred via personal injury lawyers.

• Conduct client assessments and deliver personalized rehabilitation programs in community settings.

• Perform documentation and administrative tasks remotely.

• Travel within the GTA to provide client care.

• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team and participate in coaching and supervision for clinical excellence.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).

• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

• Experience with community care and MVA clients is an asset.

• ADP authorizer status and fluency in a second language considered strong assets.

• Computer literate with internet access.
