Job Description
Working within a program management model and reporting to the Clinical Services Manager in consultation with the Professional Leader, the successful candidate will provide quality, client-centered, occupational therapy services. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as a contributing member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct patient care, including education to patients and families, and consultation in the OP Rehab Department- OT Hands Clinic, Plastic Clinics/Fracture Clinic, Neuro Rehab program, WSIB Specialized care program as required. You may also be required to supervise students. You will practice in accordance with the standards of professional practice and code of ethics as outlined by the COTO.
